THE ROLE

As the Manager of Brand Marketing for Weldon, Williams & Lick (WW&L) you will manage the company’s image, voice, and persona through the implementation of marketing initiatives for both WW&L and our subsidiary, KIS Technologies.   • Experience with Hubspot and ZoomInfo digital platforms preferred

E-Commerce Specialist

Overview:

We’re searching for a new team member.  As an e-Commerce Specialist, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.

The role is responsible for managing daily sales and operations, maintaining reporting, and highlighting opportunities to drive results for the website while providing support to the Director of CRM & Business Intelligence. Manage the merchandising, troubleshooting, and sales initiatives for the website.

 

Reports to: Director of CRM/BI and E-commerce

Job Type: Full Time

Salary Grade/Range: $40,000- $50,000

 General Duties:

  • Create Ecommerce Website Customer Journey
  • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals
  • Handle Product Merchandising
  • Manage Product Templates (e-Doc Builder)
  • Maximize Search functionality (Nextopia)
  • Manage Merchant & Client Reviews (Shopper Approved)
  • Manage inventory updates and product pricing adjustments
  • Conduct Ecommerce Competitor Analysis
  • Collaborate w/ Aleyant: Troubleshooting Tickets, Pressero Releases, and Forum

Skills and Qualification:

Variable Data Printing Specialist

Programming Department

Weldon, Williams & Lick, Inc.

 

Purpose:         Manipulate data from clients to print accurately on each ticket.

Reports to:     Programming Supervisor

Job Type:       Full Time

Salary Grade/Range: Commensurate upon experience and qualification

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • After receiving data from ticketing software companies in a variety of data formats, manipulate data to meet in-house specifications that are required for further production processes.
  • Individual will work closely with account managers and graphic artists to ensure all variable data is converted accurately.
  • Upgrade existing conversion programs into current software language to make them more user-friendly and ensure all conversions are practicable and comprehensible.
  • Trouble-shoot any data problems that arise.
  • Ensure conversion programs cover all required specifications for their purpose as well as meeting all the client’s requirements, including such functions as sorting, casing, concatenating, error trapping, look up tables and more.
  • All jobs are time sensitive, and therefore this individual must effectively manage time and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • During peak seasons, individual must be able to work extended hours during the week and occasionally on weekends, as needed.
  • Must like working with people in a team-oriented setting.
  • Assist throughout the office and plant as requested.

Programmer Analyst

Computer Department

Purpose:  Analyze the business needs of internal customers to determine where improvements can be made to make business processes more efficient and employees more productive. Design, develop, and implement software systems to meet those needs.  Develop software component architecture for both new and existing systems.

General Duties:

  • Execute full lifecycle software development
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code
  • Identify sources of data, current processes, and desired objective
  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
  • Document and maintain software functionality
  • Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics
  • Serve as a subject matter expert
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards
  • Work directly with internal customers
  • Work with managers on special product enhancement requirements from end users and convert the requests into technology solutions
  • Develop system and program flow for accurate transmission of data

Client Technology Analyst

Information Systems Department

Weldon, Williams & Lick, Inc.

General Summary of Duties:  Respond to user requests for information, assistance and training.  Work with the Information Systems Team performing various installation, configuration and upgrade tasks.  Provide timely and creative solutions to end-user computing problems to ensure productivity.  Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervision Received:  Reports to the Information Systems Manager.

Supervision Exercised:  None.

Typical Physical Demands:  Requires sitting, standing, bending, heavy lifting and some crawling.  Use of telephone and computer equipment required.  Travel may be required on occasion.

Duties:

Client Support

  • Provide first level contact and support to user issues via phone and help desk ticket system
  • Properly escalate complex technical problems to the next level of support
  • Help users to take advantage of available software and hardware to streamline their processes
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users
  • Maintain work records in help desk ticket system
  • Follow up with users to ensure that issues have been resolved
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of corporate software usage and procedures
  • Keep current with advancements in the field of end-user computing technologies

Installation and Setup of Equipment / Software

  • Install and configure PCs, thin clients and mobile devices
  • Install printers and other peripherals
  • Assist in maintaining the hardware and software inventory
  • Perform routine software upgrades

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Experience with MS Windows, MS Office applications, PC hardware and setup and mobile devices.  Knowledge of help desk and remote control software.  Skill in verbal and written communication.  Ability to work effectively with end-users and project teams.

Education:  College level training or equivalent technical certifications and/or experience.

Experience:  2 years+ experience with the above mentioned platforms and skills is preferred.
