Bilingual E-Commerce Client Service Representative

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with a positive attitude and desire to learn as well as have the ability to listen and relate to our customers and provide thoughtful, professional responses to their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily ecommerce orders
  • Customer service via phone, email and web chat
  • Monitoring of ecommerce site product design and user interface
  • Processing and shipping of ecommerce orders
  • Other related tasks as needed

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communicator with strong bilingual oral and written skills
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Experience dealing with sensitive customer service issues
  • Candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and responsible with proven assistance and follow-through ability

Sales Director

This is an on-site position.

 

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

WW&L is seeking an experienced and high-energy Sales Director. Primary functions of this role are: accelerate the growth of the Company’s sales vertical, collaborate with Department leadership team to set revenue goals and company strategy, and implement the organization’s sales plan to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be well organized, a self-starter, and able to demonstrate (and execute, when necessary) the ability to sell.

 

Responsibilities:

· Execute Sales Plan approved by CRO. Set company sales goals with senior management and work with Sales Department employees to achieve company goals.

· Direct oversight of specific sales verticals.

· Support the oversight of Customer Service/Account Management Department.

· Develop and direct a highly effective sales force that demonstrates success in selling to traditional and new markets.

· Excel at building internal and external relationships to allow for the urgent response to customer trends.

· Communicate effectively with the workforce and internal customers.

· Monitor sales expenses working within sales budget.

· Actively track efforts of sales team through company CRM.

 

Requirements:

· Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person’s perspective.

· Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reports and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.

· Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

· Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.

· Confidence to seek out work rather than waiting for work to be dictated.
