Customer Service Department
Weldon, Williams & Lick, Inc.
Purpose: Responsible for the receipt, accuracy and coordination of orders, artwork and other relevant information to be used in the customer’s order; serve as information conduit to and from sales representatives, customers and production; obtain and communicate job schedules.
Reports to: Sales Supervisor
Job Type: Full Time
Take customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
Respond to customer requests and complaints dealing with company’s products and service.
Assist assigned team partner with accounts, Direct Connect jobs and obtaining new business.
Ensure that artwork is received in a fashion consistent with company guidelines.
Route proofs to customers and follow up.
Price jobs and prepare information for timely and accurate invoicing.
Responsible for growth and development of assigned product lines.
Maintain ongoing contact with assigned customers.
Maintain safe work environment for yourself as well as others.
Keep work station clean and organized.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of industry printing techniques.
Familiarity with printing operations and WW&L guidelines and procedures.
Extensive product knowledge.
Good computer skills, including a working knowledge of all applicable software.
Great interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and peers.
Ability to price all jobs that fit under the WW&L guidelines for the standard price book.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to create clear, common sense instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to handle several tasks at once.
Extended hours and occasional weekend work may be expected.
Occasional travel may be required.
Attendance is essential in this position; must be reliable, dependable and punctual.
Must be able to lift ten pounds and greater.
Extensive sitting required.
Extensive use of computer and mouse.
Extensive use of telephone required.

High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in Business, Graphic Design or other applicable major is highly desired, as well as three to five years experience in a sales or customer service environment.
Work will be conducted in an office environment. Noise level is usually moderate.
